Who We Are /What We DoEnergy Operations (EO) is responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of Stanford's Central Energy Facility (CEF) and campus distribution systems, as well as the new Stanford in Redwood City Central Energy Facility. CEF provides electricity for the majority of the university's main campus via a 100MW substation, which is about twice the current campus load.
