Focused on executing cleanroom microfabrication processes, including photolithography, thin-film deposition of materials such as PZT, dry and wet etching, wafer bonding, and dicing.Metrology and electrical testing, utilizing instruments such as scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), and profilometry to characterize device performance.
