Vice President, Operations and Construction
Summary: The Vice-President (VP) of Operations and Construction exercises executive responsibility for construction, regional operations, system control and dispatch, and right of way areas. As such, in addition to fiduciary and operational responsibilities, the incumbent must provide for the Cooperative a general level of leadership that will be readily accepted, encourage action and produce accountability. Promotes and teaches safety practices and procedures and ensures a culture of workplace safety. Works with the Engineering Department by coordinating schedules and work practices to promote efficient operations. May work with the membership promoting the practices and objectives of the Operations Department. Objectives:
