About the Job The Maintenance Technician II is a full-time, non-exempt position. The Maintenance Technician completes work orders within all areas of building maintenance including, but not limited to general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), drywall, painting, carpentry, general construction, pest control, and preventative maintenance.
