GENERAL FUNCTION

Incumbent will teach courses in the Solar Electric Technician Program.  Participate in the the development, review, assessment and maintenance of the curricula.  Courses include Introduction to Solar Electric, Installation of Solar Panels, Site Evaluation, Safety, Electrical codes and related topics at the Batavia Campus.  Day, evening and/or weekend hours as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Bachelors Degree required.  Incumbent should have NABCEP Certification in Solar Installation.

Experience:

Two (2) years experience working in solar installation/system design and/or teaching/training in solar.  NYS Electrical License highly desired but not required.
