Performs Journeyman level work in the installation, alteration, maintenance and repair of electrical systems, appliances and devices in compliance with all regulatory agencies. Assures reliability and safety of electrical systems. Other responsibilities include those of general maintenance (i.e., drywall patching, minor plumbing, equipment maintenance and safety testing). Mentors and coaches apprentice electricians and other facilities staff.
What You Bring/Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- Seven years of experience in general electrical maintenance
- Hospital facilities or healthcare construction experience preferred
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication skills; ability to read, write and speak English
- Basic computer skills
- High School Diploma and or GED required
- Current state Masters License preferred
- Valid state Drive's License required
$400/month Summit County housing stipend available for full time residents of Summit, Park, Eagle, Grand, Clear Creek or Lake Counties. Must work at least 80% physically on-site at a Centura facility in Summit County and full time or part time status (PRN ineligible). More details available upon offer.
