Posting Number: S03230P Department: Facilities Management Salary Range: $49,000 - $59,000 Pay Basis: Monthly Position Status: Regular full-time Location: Richardson Job Description: To provide master level skills and expertise in the installation, maintenance, preventive maintenance, remodeling, repair and servicing of the University’s electrical systems from 12 volt up to and including 12,470 volts. Assembles, installs and repairs circuitry, switchgear, distribution systems and all related components. Frequently responsible for the training and supervision of less skilled workers. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience. 1 year of experience estimating small electrical jobs, construction drawing and plan review and supervising a small group of employees. Must possess and maintain a valid Texas Driver's license and an acceptable driving record along with a Texas Master Electrician License.
