We are seeking a Lead Facility Technician - Electrician to join our Agricultural Products Division (APN).
Lead Facility Technician - Electrician (1901734) - Research Triangle Park, North Carolina
The Lead Facility Technician - Electrician is responsible for inspecting equipment, fixtures, and facilities for proper operation and working condition, and performing preventative maintenance as assigned through the SAP work order system.
Position duties include but are not limited to:
Maintain logs, manuals, records and other related documentation Troubleshoot electrical, and mechanical malfunctions; correct faults necessary to return equipment to service Adjust, disassemble, repair, and reassemble complex equipment and machinery Report serious problems to supervisor; Collaborate to develop solutions to problem conditions Maintain and repair electrical circuits up to 600 volts, including replacement, adjustment, or alteration of circuit wiring, switches, motors, relays, and other devices Install, set-up, and test new equipment, fixtures and machinery Operate Building Management Systems to troubleshoot and maintain required environmental conditions throughout the facilities Deliver courteous and effective customer service to the occupants of the buildings serviced Manage contractors according to all corporate guidelines ensuring safety quality and cost effectiveness of work

Ingredients for Success: What We Look For in You...
High School Diploma
Trade or Technical Schooling and/or a combination of corporate training and certifications
5+ years of minimum experience as an electrician in an industrial or commercial environment with advanced knowledge of single and three-phase power systems
Willing to obtain after hire OR Current Valid North Carolina Electricians License
